The FGHO organises a range of events on Hanse and Baltic history (mainly in German):
- Public lectures, namely the series ‘Handel, Geld und Politik’ (‘Money, Trade, and Politics’)
- Round tables on economic and social history
- Workshops and summer schools for students and researchers
- Academic symposia and conferences on specific research topics (e.g. the ‘Interwoven Societies’ conference)
We also gladly host academic events organised by researchers within Germany and abroad.
